After a brief stint in financial services marketing, Fran returned to Recruitment to Recruitment in 2026 as OSP’s Head of Research and Marketing, overseeing market intelligence, candidate mapping and outreach, as well as the company’s social media and digital presence.

Outside of work, Fran enjoys travelling, cooking and is a keen gym-goer. She also spent a year living and working in Paris during University and speaks fluent French.
