After eight years as a commissioned officer in the British military, Nathan moved into Recruitment to Recruitment, building and leading Energy and Engineering markets across London, New York, and Texas.

He later founded OSP, bringing a client-first approach and a strong focus on building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

Outside of work, Nathan is a keen traveller and long-distance runner, currently training for his fourth ultra-marathon.
